FIRSTLY, SORRY TO MY DARLING SHONA! I DIDNT MEAN FOR IT TO END SO LATE! REALLY REALLY SORRY! ): ):

went to the city early to get my moisturizer and body wash. went shopping for a bit. wanted to buy sneakers but it was soooo expensive! might as well go home and get it! ahha. wanted to get Keds shoes too but they didnt have my size! bummer! ah wells. so shona and i went to walk around in melbourne central for a bit. we then headed down to some thai restaurant for lunch. haha. it was so funny cos we couldnt decide to what to have. the waiter kept coming up to us and asking whether we were ready to order. ahah. in the end i had some grilled chicken rice thing and she had cashew chicken rice. it was good! and ice milk tea too! omg. how could i forget that! ahhaha. 

so then we headed to melbourne town hall for service. service was really good though i dozed off at some parts. but the pastor was talking about the 'in between' of our lives. he was saying that God usually only shows the beginning and the end and not the middle part. but its through those tough times that we show the glory of God by getting though them. its like defeating the devil whenever you cross a threshold in life. ahah. threshold. make it sound like its a marriage. but you get what i mean. with every conquering of trials, we earn a crown for God so that we can lay it down at His feet when we finally meet Him. thats when we turn to the devil and laugh at his face, boasting the awesomeness of out father in heaven. worship was as great as ever. you could really feel the presence of God moving in that place. and with just simple songs. 

had dinner with aunty jaclyn and her boyfriend, kj at sofia at canberwell. the food was good. had risotto and pizza and calamari. dessert was even more awesome. haha. we had this huge huge huge ice cream to share. the guys didnt wanna help so we three girl, aunty jaclyn, me and shona had to finish it ourselves. we were sooooo full after that. kj's friend, frank, joined us too. and we headed to aunty jaclyn's place for tea. we were supposed t just hang out for a bit but we ended up watching the closing ceremony of the beijing olympics. the chinese are truly amazing man. we were wondering if the fireworks were CGI again. ahha. omg! aunty jaclyn has like 2 cats! and they freak the crap outta me! haha. i was so terrified of them i stayed in the tv room. but that stupid frank had to throw the cat at me! thank god it didnt pounce or jump up at me! my heart stopped beating for that second i swear!! shona was also quite freaked out by that move! ahah.

MY ECONS MID SEM TEST IS LIKE COMING UP IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS! i feel like i havent prepared enough. but when i look at my notes, i feel like i know it. i dont know. not good to be overly confident. i just really dont wanna fail though. like who does right!! i just hope i'll be able to stay calm for the test. not panic and remember everything i've learnt. how hard can that be! ok. i shall get back to studying. think i'll only sleep at 3. bahh! i suddenly am not enjoying uni life at all! ahaha.

take care all you people put there! trust the Lord with everything! and dont give up in times of trials! GET MORE CROWNS FOR GOD! DEFEAT THE DEVIL! haha. sounds like a battle cry!
